Amazon Web Services Adds High- & Low-End Support Tiers

In addition to the current Gold and Silver support plans for the cloud-based services platform, Amazon Web Services announced Platinum and Bronze plans. 

While the $49-per-month Bronze plan is intended for software developers, the Platinum plan is geared to-ward large enterprise customers and includes 15-minute support response times and a team of account managers dedicated to helping with specific projects.
