How to Get Real Time Bus Transit Updates with Google Maps

Google Maps is not just the geographical maps, its updated from time to time with real time updates and technologies which can really help people. Lot more can happen over Google Maps, Google believes and they are working towards it. We have seen weather reports in Google Maps, live transit information and 45 degrees aerial view of places is also available in certain places.

Google Maps has transit layer which allows users to make use of local transit guide. Google Transit has been added to more than 450 cities and town in the world and more places are added. Google Maps transit in some places of United States has got real and you can real time details on live alerts information of that place along with knowing the arrival timings. This updates is also available in supported mobile phones and Android phones.
Users can see the delays and alerts in local transit that they take by clicking on the transit station or the planning route.
It provides further information in Alerts tab of that particular station.
But wait a minute, before you get excited its only available in certain places in United States & Europe. Boston, Portland, San Diego and San Francisco and two European cities are Madrid and Turin. Soon or later it would be available for other regions in the world.
